If you love great service, understandable policies, and friendly staff: shop anywhere buy Fry's. If you want non-existent service, incomprehensible policies, and a hostile-misanthropic-surly staff: then get yourself down to Fry's. Plus you'll be able to read their wonderful potty policy in person. I'm not sure if this is company-wide, or only at the Burbank store, but it reflects well how the company thinks of its customers.
